It does not implement or provide a user interface for the shell namespace ( rooted at my computer ), all it does is provide a framework for displaying bitmaped buttons on the screen, and assigning them actions to take when clicked via a very PITA to configure .ini file. We're just going to have to write a full shell namespace implementation, and an explorer looking interface to it.
