[ros-kernel] Ordinal bug in dlltool

Hi!

Today I found the bug that broke the use of ordinals in module definition
files (.def/.edf files). It is cause by my naive change of the file scanner.
I fixed the bug in my local source tree. I hope to release a new binutils
version this weekend. And most likely a cross-compiler for Linux will be
released as well.
