[ros-kernel] AW: is vfat broken again?

The last changes doesn't work correct on a fat32 partition. In 
GetNextCluster is a dead lock, when there is no space on the disk and 
FAT32FindAvailableCluster can't find a free cluster over number 0xffff. I 
will fix the problem.
