You will have to use the cvs 'checkout/get' command. The packed source files
don't include crucial administrative information (CVS directories),
therefore 'update' won't work.

After setting the CVSROOT environment variable run 'cvs -z3 checkout
reactos' and the reactos cvs source tree will be downloaded into the reactos
subdirectory.
