I have renamed the /rosdocs directory in the repository to /rosdocs_old
and created a new /rosdocs directory.  Be sure to delete any existing working
directory you have of /rosdocs and checkout the new directory.  lets 
discuss the
layout before creating anything as moving stuff around in cvs is a bit of a 
pain.
