Is there some reason you posted this twice?  Anyhow, that web site doesn't 
give any information about what this thing is.  Unless it is windows 3.1 
open source, it isn't anything we can use.  What I mean by that is if it is 
some proprietary gui system, it has nothing to do with win32, we need to 
implement the win32 GDI and USER apis, not something else.
