[ros-kernel] Filesystem cache

Hey Rex, didn't you say a while back that you fixed the vfat code to cache 
directory data?  It seems that it is still reading in the sector of 
directory data over and over, once for each file in the directory when you 
do a 'dir' at the command prompt.  Are you still working on this?
