[rDock-list-def] Docking of small ligand to protein/RNA receptor

Dear users,

I am a new user of rDock. I would like to dock a small ligands to a receptor consisting of both RNA and protein. Thus, the ligand interacts both with the RNA and the protein. Is this possible with rDock or is it meant for either small molecule-RNA or small molecule-protein?
