Interesting, I can't reproduce this.

Can you find out what the encryption level on the server is?
(Administrative Tools > Terminal Services Configuration > RDP-Tcp > Properties)

Even better would be a dump of the configuration from the registry
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp).
