I'm using krdc (KDE Remote Desktop Connection) to provide a KDE frontend for rdesktop. I wanted to use the return values of rdesktop so in case of failure krdc can give a useful error to the user, but I found out rdesktop simply returns 0 or 1. Would it be possible to set up a list with return values and their meaning so frontends can better determine what went wrond? For instance: 0: succes 1: incorrect arguments 2: network unreachable 3: connection refused 4: time-out 5: incorrect username or password 6: ... Also I found that when the connection can't be established because the network is not reachable, rdesktop will wait very long till it responds. When you click the window away, one would expect the program to terminate, but still it keeps waiting - this is very confusing. Is it possible to terminate the entire program when the window is closed?
