The latest smartcard patch
(rdesktop-1.4.1+scard-20060626), when compiled w/ gcc
4.1.1 will cause rdesktop to die due to a segmentation
fault. Problem lies in a wierd construct in tcp_init(),
which works when compiled w/ older gcc (3.2.3 in my case).

Fix attached.
