#160 Text lines multiply in Dialog newsreader

I'm using RDesktop 1.4.1 to connect to Windows Server 2003 SP1,
with the following options:
-k sl -g 1024x727 -N -a 8 -z -x m -P -0
(resolution 1024x727 to prevent RDesktop from being partially hidden
behind the IceWM toolbar).

I noticed when I use 40tude Dialog newsreader
<http://www.40tude.com/dialog/>, that during scrolling, sometimes
the topmost line will sometimes fill the complete article area.
Something similar also happens when composing text, where usually
the last line of my signature fills the window. See the attached image
for an example. If I let another window (eg. Dialog's giant headers
tooltip) cover the affected area, it redraws properly when that window
is gone.

    Correction: this also happens with Opera sometimes. It seems to happen
    more often when smooth scrolling up.
