Create Scenery window state after creating an ovl

If you load a .scn file into the Create Scenery window, the window is set up such that it knows that no changes have been made to the data within, therefore if you close the window immediately it doesn't warn you to tell you that there is unsaved data.
If you click the Create Scenery button and then click save it puts it into the state where the window warns you that changes have occured when none have actually occured.
It might not be a bug, then again it might.
I think the logic should be that if the filename / filepath are modified in the Save As dialogue then the Create Scenery window should change to it's warning state, otherwise it doesn't need to be no data has changed.

If you save to a new ovl name, a change occured, as the ovlmname is now stored in the scn file =)
Was that what you meaned?

However, when I load a scn file back into the Create Scenery Window and press the save button I don't think it's reload the saved name back into the Save window, it's using the previously clicked on filename.

Sorry, now I'm completely confused. Could you please tell me step-by-step what you do, what happens and what you expect to happen?
