Hello,
I would like to request a review of what appears to be a false positive affecting mail sent from our domain.
Domain used to send emails : insureyoursport.be
Rules triggered: RAZOR2_CHECK and RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_51_100 (cf: 100)
Emails are sent after an interaction with our site axeosport.com
This domain sends transactional messages only : account confirmations, verification codes, password resets and service documents oder details and so on. No marketing mail, no mailing lists, no bulk sending but we have a lot of orders or support emails going out, too much users per day. We do not intentionally send unsolicited or abusive email, every sent email is based on an interaction on our site.
Authentication is fully configured and verified as passing: SPF, DKIM (2048-bit) and DMARC. The sending IP has forward-confirmed reverse DNS and is not listed on Spamhaus, Spamcop, Barracuda, SORBS or UCEPROTECT. Razor2 accounts for essentially the entire spam score on our messages; every other rule scores negligibly.
Could you review the fingerprint associated with this domain and, if appropriate, revoke or reset it?
For your additional information, we are using our old company's name domain cause when used email from our new domain axeosport.com we had the same issue and users won't receive their emails, so if you can check for both domain please.
Thank you for your time.
Best regards,
AXEOSPORT
Hi Reda,
Thank you for contacting Proofpoint Support. My name is Raphael and I will be assisting you with this case. I appreciate you providing the analysis string - this helped me quickly review the issue.
The problem with their messages is the domain axeosport<dot>com, which was in messages that were reported as spammy by end users.</dot>
There were a moderate number of reports. Looking at the feedback I see:
I have reset it but the sender should audit their mailing lists.

Thanks Raphael, much appreciated.
I re-tested after the reset and RAZOR2_CHECK / RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_51_100 are still firing on our messages. A test was done at 27 august 2026, 13:17:13 UTC + 2.
Could you confirm whether the reset has fully propagated, or whether a separate fingerprint is still active? I can send a complete sample message with full headers.
In the test we did, we sent tow emails, one without mentionning axeosport.com and simple text email with no HTML, and another one with HTML and the links, both where not received.
I can send you more details if needed.
Regards
Just to note that all emails sent outside the website, with same type of emails and links to axeosport.com, are delivered correctly. Only emails coming from our site are not being delivered.
