Hello Razor2 / Cloudmark Support,
I am writing to request a review of a possible false positive affecting our email campaigns.
Domain: gitkneel.com
Our legitimate emails are being flagged by SpamAssassin with:
RAZOR2_CHECK
RAZOR2_CF_RANGE_51_100 (cf:100)
We believe this is a false positive or that our domain has been associated with previously reported messages.
We have reviewed our email infrastructure and confirmed that:
SPF is configured and passing.
DKIM is configured and passing.
DMARC is configured.
We send only legitimate email campaigns.
Every email contains a working unsubscribe mechanism.
We do not intentionally send unsolicited or abusive email.
We kindly request that you review our domain and, if appropriate, reset or remove the associated Razor2 fingerprint.
If additional information or sample messages are required, we will be happy to provide them.
