Hello,

I am contacting you regarding a domain that is currently flagged in Razor2 with a high confidence score.

We take email compliance and deliverability very seriously and would like to request a review of this listing.

Our sending practices are strictly permission-based:

All recipients are acquired through website opt-in forms (no purchased or scraped lists)
We use confirmed/verified signup flows where applicable
Emails are only sent to users who explicitly requested communication

We also maintain proper technical and operational standards:

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are fully configured and aligned
We monitor bounce rates and complaint rates closely
We immediately honor unsubscribe requests
We regularly clean and suppress inactive or invalid contacts

Additionally, our sending infrastructure is currently being gradually warmed up, and volumes are controlled to ensure a positive sender reputation.

Based on this, we believe the listing may be the result of content fingerprinting or past signals that no longer reflect our current practices.

We would greatly appreciate a manual review and removal of this domain from Razor2.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards,
Djon

    Hi Djon,

    Thank you for contacting Cloudmark.

Could you please provide (attach as a file) the original mail sample (rfc822) including headers ? So I can investigate it.

    Thanks.
