Hi guys,

I am a tech support agent at SendGrid, and I wanted to ask you how we can have an IP delisted from http://razor.sf.net/ . I can't find a way to do that anywhere. Here is where I can see that the IP is listed: http://www.mail-tester.com/web-QMKnBV

Our client, that uses IP 167.89.57.16 is a legit sender, but he is concerned about the IP being blacklisted there. We have checked this issue with them, and he has valid SPF and DKIM records validating his emails. He is only sending transactional emails through his account.
Everything seems to be in line with the CAN-SPAM rules.

How can I check the status of an IP from your side? Do you have a method of doing that? I can't find anything in your docs...:(

Any details would be very welcomed. Thank you very much!

Don't get your hopes up. I have had a ticket for 2 months with them and they haven't touched it nor responded to it.

Razor does not manage IP or domain blacklists, therefore it NEVER includes them in the blacklist. What Razor does is build a database of the designs of the newsletters that they send through email marketing and some parts or all of the newsletter is marked as spam, then after new newsletters are sent it compares them and if they match then in mail-tester score drops drastically

THE ONLY SOLUTION IS THE REDESIGN OF THE LINKS, TEXTS AND IMAGES OF THE NEWSLETTERS AND AGAIN YOU WILL ACHIEVE 10/10
