Thank you for your response. I'm running GHL and noticed a sudden influx of
SMS from this partner to the point of non compliance of GHLs policy
resulting in SMS suspension. As a result, I've throttled the amount of SMS
that can be sent daily so this doesn't happen again.
On an unrelated note, I wasn't aware there was SMS spam attached to a
domain. Can you forward me to not information on this so I can inform my
clients?
I was referring to the email for my request. I wasn't sure if it was
because of spam traps or spam reports.
Is there a way to remedy the Domain SMS naturally. I'm going to do what I
have to do to make sure this doesn't happen in the future.

The SMS was from Chandler about specialized health plan. Sender needs to continue to audit their mailing list and we will consider to reset it.

I'm speaking to him about this in the afternoon. I'm going to propose the
following solutions:
He validates every email address through a 3rd party validation
He properly segment's his list
He will focus on improving his email spam rate by nurturing engaged
contacts instead of mass email spamming
SMS will be restricted to only those who have a valid Opt in
He will provide me spreadsheet that contains all of his contacts who
have Opt-Ins
I create a workflow trigger that prohibits an SMS being sent to a
lead who does not have a valid opt in
I hope these are sufficient changes for an audit and a domain reset. I
would like this to be a learning opportunity if possible for both myself
and the client as well as future clients.
