#169 Black Friday blast somehow put me on the razor radar.
I've been sitting at about a 25% openrate over the past 30,000 emails until I made 1 large email blast about black friday. Now i'm sitting at 3% open rates. I tested and received the razor 2 remark.
I'm trying to figure out what I did wrong on my end. Is there a way to get a reprieve for this?

Hi there,
That fingerprint is for the domain beloudcoach<dot>com, which was in messages that were reported spammy by end users.</dot>
There were a moderate number of reports. Looking at the feedback I see:
It has been reset before.
I have reset it again, but the sender needs to audit their mailing lists.

Thank you. do you recommend any services to monitor my block rates? my current system shows me unsubscribes, bit I dont see any spam reporting even though it supposedly shows metrics for it.
