[Razor-users] Razor on W2K

I'm running Communigate on W2K and getting plastered with spam.  I've decided 
to install SA and Razor, but seem to be having problems installing Razor (SA 
installed fine with a few adjustments).  Are there any quirks or hints anyone 
could suggest?  I don't see much discussion of the W2K platform in the 
archives.
