I get these errors frequently, apparently because spam mails contain host names with weird characters (for obfuscation purposes?), like
http: //f͏e͏n͏d͏e͏r͏o͏r͏a͏n͏g͏e͏.͏c͏o͏m/
Using razor 2.85-4.2build1 from Ubuntu 16.04 package.
oh Sorry, the ticketing system did exactly what spammers want, deleting these weird utf8 characters and creating a readable text - so once more the part from the email, with more spaces added:
