[Rawt-devel] Error in Contest-Tool

I've tested the Contest tool of RAWT for some time. I discovered a bug. The
tool does not accept callsigns beginning with DM, DN an DO. I think they
aren't stored in a database. 
There is no sign of an error or such things, the tool simply doesn't add
these callsigns to the list.
