RAVL git repository renamed to ravl2

RAVL will be changing to use git as its main repository. Currently the version stored in git is currently modified and lacks all of the history stored in svn. To allow us to use git svn to create an updated version the current repository containing ravl2 code has been renamed to git://ravl.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/ravl/ravl2 and a new empty repository has been created as the default one for the project.
