#214 qm test improvement?

In the RAVL installation, all the test progs are
compiled (but apparently not linked) as opt during the
optbin phase. Then during the test phase, they are
recompiled again as check. Could the same version be
used for both, to cut down on compilation?

Best of all would be to have an option that just
combined them both - this would considerably speed up
testing on multi-threaded platforms.
