#132 CanvasC arguments are inconsistent
CanvasC takes x,y arguments to set it's size. This is
consistent with GTK, but not RAVL, and seeing as we're
not writing GTK here, it should be changed to
rwo/column. Likewise the SetUSize function in WidgetC,
and possibly others. If there are any more, attach them
as comments here.
