New Set up. Samsung 128EVO mini sd card. after trying to make changes in the web Gui, Asterisk can not connect and then the web GUI crashes upon refresh.

It was a fresh install today , the latest iso from the raspbx website. I tried it with a 32Gb card first, when it failed I bought a 128Gb card, re-flashed and it worked until I started adding extensions and then had the same problem. I've attached a screen shot of the error code. Thank you in advance!
