Yes this is rather general, its mostly a marker so we can
keep track of things. However we can break this into
whatever set of subtask are desired

We want to integrate RAMP into Eclipse so that people will be
able to design maintain and construct protocols. This will
require the creativity of the designer to figure out how to
integrate this into Eclipse. I would start by sketching the GUI
and interface in something simple so that a group of us can
review the interface.
