#18 Convolotron doesn't handle paths with spaces

Hi there!

It seems to me that I can specify and save a preset where the WAV file path used in the Convolotron contains spaces, but if I try to load such a preset, rackarrak complains: "Convolotron is unable to open the audio .wav file"

When this happens, the output signal lever suddenly rises to max level for some reason, but that's another matter...
