I think this is a perfect example of what should be posted as a bug, issue, suggestion, or whatever...on Jira. If it's extremely urgent, a post to this list with a url to the new Jira entry might (rarely) even be appropriate. I'm not completely comfortable with Jira yet myself, but I *think* it allows people to vote for what they think is important...so a developer who wants to give up Sunday afternoon with his family can go in, pick a highly-voted-for issue, and work it. Is that not the point of using Jira?
