Emmanuele -- could you adjust the admin interface (like you did for this 
group) so replies will go to the list not the individuals. Thanks. Many 
have remarked that this list is busy now - that one change makes all the 
difference on any list, a fact I learned from my past days when I created 
and ran 900+ lists.
