#38 Drag to Reorder feature removes all contents

In IE, viewing the Beer Pong document, when you "drag
to reorder" the Table of Contents, they disappear and
requires a page reload to get them back.

yeah, another annoying issue that is a problem with ie6.
cant do much about it aside from reccomend that users
upgrade their web browsers to ie7 or firefox.. :(

in the future, i think we will try to include warnings if a
user visits the site with an outdated browser. thanks for
your input!
