#4 soureforge page has broken link

The link on the sourceforge page to the project website is broken.

The project has essentially been defunct for at least a year, and possibly longer. I've tried contacting the project owner, but haven't received any response.

I wrote a couple of bugfixes to get printing working under Windows and to fix some database issues. Since I couldn't merge the fixes here, I copied the code base over to github. Search on "railmops".
