I see this bug as well, and the save button does not illuminate after moving the mouse. The only apparent way to save a changed transcript is through the File>Save menu or the Command-S keyboard shortcut. I'm using transcript editor built from CVS source on 2008-07-08. In "About Radmind Transcript Editor", it says "version 0.7.7 (0.8.0)".
