Data Usage is calculating fine in graph and working. But on the personal usage window "Data Used" is still showing 0 and not updating.. Can someone tell me how to fix this?? Thanks.
I have checked the cron job. It's working fine else the graph would not be updated.

Hello, apologies for bumping an old thread but I have exactly the same issue and wonder if you (or anyone else) achieved a resolution?
FYI I am not using Coovachilli, this is vanilla install of RADIUSdesk on a pi. Authentication is fine, the updating of accounting data in the user tab works fine, but data used stays a 0 on the main page, the cap remains the same at 953.67M, and no action appears to occur when the user exceeds their assigned profile limit.
Thanks.

Updating the query, in case it helps someone else:
I found that in my case the accounting data being sent to Freeradius was set to UTC by Unifi whereas the timezone I use is somewhat different (it's easier for others to understand when set to localtime).
Although the Ubiquiti AP's were correctly set to localtime, and the Unifi/RADIUSdesk server (both on the same hardware) was correct there is a preference within Unifi to set the statistical information differently to the AP's actual timezone. This defaults to UTC, but should be changed to whatever everything else is. I also changed the format to 24h, whether this had an effect I'm unsure but between both of these changes it appears to have fixed the issue I had.
Finally I found that in my case it wouldn't update correctly until I'd restarted both Unifi and Freeradius (actually I rebooted the h/ware after a restart of Freeradius didn't change anything).
Footnote: The default profiles sometimes didn't seem to update the overview of individual users, although their accounting detail still populated in the users tab. A custom profile with requisite settings appeared to fix this.

Same with me also. And the Usage status at Dynamic log in page doesn't show through Mikrotik hotspot. But it's showing though Coova.
Hello Leonard,
I'm trying to active this login page and not getting it . could you please show me what to do to active this screen.
