RadiS 1.0 released!

RadiS IS 1!!!!! Just in time for christmas we bring you our first final version of RadiS! Much has been done since 0.6.1. We have seen some other products and adapted some good ideas from them.
The most obvious change is our new "Pineapple Mode", dividing the outer circle into segments for every icon.
The second obvious change is that now, we have zoom animations for better hover experience.
Another big leap is that now, RadiS utilizes log4j to log what it's doing, so if you ever have problems with radis, we now have the means to really help you.
You feel the sudden urge to configure something while using RadiS? Just right-click on any part of RadiS' background to open the context menu!
The biggest technical change is the new "Fixate/Loosen" button in the context menu. With it, you can prevent RadiS from disappearing when it looses focus and then can DRAG & DROP Windows shortcuts into RadiS! THAT'S RIGHT: RadiS now supports Drag & Drop!
We still have many ideas in the tube for RadiS, unfortunately we cannot program as fast as we'd like to and the ideas keep rolling in :-)

Idletime of RadiS

Hey.
For those who were wondering why nothing was going on on RadiS lately, I can assure you that we are all but dead.
Despite my personal wedding, there were some other (time-consuming) things that required my attention which left me in no mood to code on RadiS in the little free time I had left.
RadiS 1.0 is in the tube (coming with logging to simplify debugging of user reported errors) and working drag and drop support. So stay tuned and thank you for using RadiS!... read more

RadiS 0.5 Released!

RadiS has been released in a new version. 0.5 Mainly consists of bugfixes and code beautification. Most important change: .lnk files (Windows Shortcuts) can now be put into Sub directories. Also, Shortcuts to Folders are now treated as Sub-Folders so be careful what shortcuts you put into the content folder.

We wish you all a lot of fun with our newest version of RadiS!

RadiS 0.4 Released

RadiS 0.4 is there.
The newest Version has one major new feature that is mentionable: Support for .lnk files. That's correct, just drag any shortcut into RadiS' "content" directory to have it automatically added to RadiS on its next start. .lnk files in Sub-Directories are currently not supported, that may change with a later release. Also, RadiS now uses the newest version of the JIntellitype library that does not need commons-logging any longer. It also natively supports loading of JNI libraries during runtime. This is the most stable version of RadiS yet.
