#2 Deleted racers aren't deleted

My first time using the software. I entered four real
racers, then a dummy racer, then two more real racers.
I then deleted dummy racer number 4. The list
appeared to reflect the delection, but when I went to
generate the heats, the deleted racer's name appeared.
Going back to the list, I saw two racers numbered 5
(the first was the data for the deleted number 4 racer)
