#41 Backup crews helping recover from failure

When a manned mission fails a roll and the computer then checks to see the effects of the failure, perhaps that roll should face a small penalty (1 or 2 points) if the backup crew is unavailable or if none was assigned in the first place. Historically (at least in the case of Apollo 13), the backup crew provided its expertise and ran simulations to help get the crew get out of danger.
