#89 Misleading Recovery/Landing step failure message?

RIS 1.1.0, Win7 64-bit.

Playing as the Soviets on game level 1, I had a step failure occur on Voshkod on recovery/landing. The text of the failure (as found in FAILS.CDR) was "PARACHUTE STREAMER, CAPSULE HITS HARD. FLIGHT CREW REMOVED FROM SPACE PROGRAM." However, the actual step failure screen showed the two cosmonauts as being OK, the step failure message as "ALL SYSTEMS ARE GO" (given the text of the step failure, I was expecting the cosmonauts to be INJ and the step failure to show "CREW INJURIES"). There was no message in the news summary about them being injured or removed from flight crew or retired and they remained a valid crew for flight selection.
