#88 Unusually high prestige from Ranger missions

RIS 1.1.0, Win7 64-bit.

Twice in recent games playing as the US, the end summaries show a massive amount of prestige/director's rating (>300 rating on game level 1), resulting from one Ranger mission--which shows a prestige gain of ~260. The first time I thought was a fluke so have nothing about it, but the second time I took screenshots. It was a Ranger Mars flyby that gave, apparently, 263 prestige. However, the prestige summary/firsts page shows the correct prestige for a Mars flyby first (7). (The first time was a Ranger lunar flyby earning 261 points.) This had not been seen in previous games of RIS 1.1.0.
