#68 Logging Macros break in 64bit Linux Environment

Everything builds fine in 64bit Linux Environment, but it doesn't run.

For example I ran ./raceintospace and would get
WARNING fs.c:280:fs.c can't find file `USA_PORT.DAT' in game data dir(s)
CRITICAL ERROR Segmentation fault

According to the source it was supposed to give me more information and exit gracefully.
This continues to happen even with the data files in correct location.
