Sorry for the delay - this problem got somehow lost from my TODO list.

I isolated the problem to a small demo and sent it to the TrollTech support.

As workaround you can do the following:

virtual void YourPlot::print(QPainter *painter, const QRect &rect,
        const QwtPlotPrintFilter &printFilter) const
{
    const QPen pen = painter->pen();
    painter->setPen(QPen(Qt::black, 1));
    painter->setPen(pen);

    QwtPlot::print(painter, rect, printFilter);
}

I have added a similar workaround to SVN,
