Today and tomorrow are reserved for Qwt and I'm right now working down 
my stack of Qwt related issues.

( Changed the license of the majority of the examples to the 3-clause 
BSD License, if someone is interested in copying code from there )

You will find your patches being accepted or rejected by tomorrow - but 
please note, that accepted patches will go into Qwt >= 6.2 only.
