#7 Security information

The documents (including installation file / setup
druid / onscreen info) need to include lots of
information relating to setting up security for
projects (based on the web server security using
.htaccess and .htpasswd files)

These will remain the primary security features.

We may additionally add low security to the scripts to
enable different users to access different projects
(different people allowed to edit different new items,
etc), but this is unrelated.
