Hello
I'm very excited to see your application in
development.I hope that the file format is in xml [hint,
hint ;) ] for portability reasons to other quiz/flashcard
games.
Version 1.0 of jQuizShow uses a TAB-separated file for its question database; XML is not supported at this time.
The current format was originally selected for its simplicity, and also because many spreadsheet applications
support this format. The support for spreadsheets provides users with an alternate means for creating/editing the
question database (besides a text-based editor).
Nevertheless, XML support can be added in a future release. If you have an example XML file or DTD from another
quiz/flashcard game, please attach it to this thread so that it may be used as a template.
