Quill is a complete email client interface that runs entirely in the
browser. It presents a familiar three-pane workspace: a sidebar for folders
and labels, a scrollable message list with avatars and unread indicators,
and a reading pane that opens on the right. The client comes stocked with
a realistic inbox — work threads, design review notes, investor updates,
invoices, offsite photos, and a couple of spam messages for good measure —
so the interface feels lived-in from the first moment. You can browse
folders, star messages, apply labels, filter by unread or attachments,
search across subjects and senders, and sort the list however you like.
A floating compose window handles new messages, replies, replies-to-all,
and forwards, complete with recipient chips, Cc toggle, and attachment
chips. Everything is keyboard-driven: J and K move through the list, C
