I noticed that the speed of quicktype rapidly decreased when typing a memo that was about two paragraphs long. By this I mean there is too long of a pause from when I hit the key and when it's recognized and put on the screen. In small text fields, it's very fast. I tried disabling QuickType and reinabling it but it still had the same problem with the medium sized memo. I have not tried it with larger memos yet but I think it might show the same problem.

I just tried this with my Palm IIIC (OS 3.5, Quicktype 2.1
b6) and can't confirm this.

Which Palm and which OS do you have? Are there other hacks
activated? What happens, if you do a soft reset? Does the
problem persist?
