[Quickfix-developers] Building Quickfix on windows

Has anybody tried (and hopefully succeeded) in building quickfix on
win32 without developer studio.  I have the microsoft command line
compilers installed and can compile, I just need instructions on the
right makefiles to run.  We do our development in Java and don't want to
buy MSVC just to compile quickfix.
