I'm sorry for taking so long to reply, but I were out of the office 
for an expo.

The custom attribute is added to the geometry similar to the follow 
line of code

Q3AttributeSet_Add(myPolyData.polygonAttrubuteSet,customAttrubuteTipe,customAttribute)
