Quesa (not) on Mac OS X 10.2.x

With the latest Quesa build my CW Mach-O application does not work on 
Mac OS X 10.2.x anymore. The Quesa framework cannot be linked (lazy 
symbol refs). The Quesa build of March 2007 works.
