Cocoa/Carbon unification

I've made the Quesa framework able to handle both Cocoa and Carbon  
draw contexts.  I don't use Cocoa day to day, but I modified the  
Cocoa example to use Quesa.framework, and it seems to work.   Let me  
know if any problems show up.
